About Us
Higgins Refrigeration was formed in 1994 and has grown steadily over the
years to be a leading player in the industrial and commercial refrigeration and
air conditioning market. In 2000, we moved to our 8,000 sq.ft. office and
warehouse facility just outside of Monaghan town. Over the years, the
company has forged links with some of Europe’s largest manufacturers
and now import directly from some of the major refrigeration and air conditioning
manufacturers throughout Europe. With an ever-changing market,
we must keep up to date with new technology and offer our customers the
best possible package to suit their requirements and budgets.
Design
We provide a complete design service for refrigeration and air conditioning that
takes into account every aspect of the project from temperature requirement
to environmental issues and health and safety.
Supply
We only use products which meet the highest standards and are the most
energy efficient on the market today. These include Linde, Mitsubishi Electric,
Copeland and Searle. We also carry parts for all of the equipment we supply.
Installation
All our engineers are fully qualified with a National Craft Certificate. Engineers
regularly attend training courses to update on new technology and safe
handling of refrigerants. All installations are carried out to a high standard, and
are pressure tested in accordance with EU regulations.
Commissioning
All installations are commissioned upon completion and commissioning
reports with client details and equipment details are recorded. All equipment is
commissioned to manufacturers tolerances and client requirements, and all
reports are kept for future reference.
Service & Maintenance
Service and preventative maintenance is a vital part to the reliability and life
span of any piece of equipment and we offer a wide range of maintenance
contracts tailored to suit each customers requirements. We service and repair
all types of equipment whether we installed it or not. We offer a 24hr back up
service to all our customers.
